So many people quitting and all doing so well too! Just thought I'd share my 9 month anniversary with you all! As a bit of an incentive if I can do it then you should all know that you can too!!

PS; I think shops having to hide the ciggies is a bit harsh though - or am I being too controversial!!

I am very proud of myself to have nearly got through the roughest day yet (day 10 - god knows why???) I left the house without a patch on this morning because I was convinced I was going to stop at the shop and buy cigarettes.

I didn't.

I made it to work and with the help of you loverley peeps I stuck my patch on and carried on regardless!

I have even managed to somehow make it up to DH...I think (he's talking to me at least).
