I had a wierd bout of throwing up earlier - just mucus and stuff, none of the coffee or water that I had been drinking :eek:

i feel so pathetic honestly, my coughing is the worst its been in ages and thats after having no fags.
my children said to me this morning.....mummy you smell nicer which cheered me up a bit, not that i ever smoked indoors ,i always used to brave the weather and go outside for 1...
and to top it all ive got stress incontinance from all the coughing :o,

there will be no way in hell will i ever light up again, i aint going through this again.

Actually, I've not smoked since Friday morning, so not as bad as I thought.

the cough is due to tiny hairs growing back in your airways that your not used to

Hi ab - how was the bike ride?

feeling more focussed, been hanging around in here as you can see.

Feel like I could happily rip someones head off and I want to crawl away to bed and never get out.

Other than that I am fine
