  • I can honestly say that since I gave up I have had Tonsillitus and a constant cold and little niggles here and there.
    Nice not to smell like the bottom of an ashtray though and not have my day governed by when and when I cannot have a fag.

  • definitely, 100% agree. Was just lamenting that everyone says health etc improves immediately and I'm allwrapped up sucking rubbish soothers & tunes.

  • I lost my rag a bit today on the Other thread. I know I should not let it get to me but it was winding me up. Think I will stick with this one as the "other" one justs winds me up and I find it hard sometimes to bite my lip.

    On day 3 now so YAY - but ive got a cold sore taking over my face which i always get when i give up and HATE IT

    Can someone let me know the title of the book you are talking about - im hoping if i can get something positive in the sub conscious it will make the negatives go away if that makes sense
