    I think someone on here got a copy off eBay , but I don't know how much they paid for it. Waterstones have it for 5 or 6.99 with free delivery, as do Amazon

    I'm nearing the end of day 2 and feeling fine, it's like I'm waiting for the mega craving to hit me! Hope it doesn't!! Other than picking at sweeties and grapes all day It's been a good one.

    Yes, I turned to food when I stopped-went up a jeans size, (i don't know how) but I managed to come back down a size too and stabilised-Bit of a miracle really coz I can eat loads!!!!!

    Well done on getting to day 2, :beer: i think its going to be this week thats the hardest for me.

    I hope you dont get one too, i keep saying to hubby that its got a little man in it like on the bonjela adverts :mad:

    ITS HUGE (in reality is more like a relatively small cold sore, only on bottom lip and seems to be healing but i think over dramatics is my right as a woman) :rotfl:

    Oooooh - where do you want me to start. I stopped after reading the book and doing the exercises at the end of it and I can honestly say it has changed my whole outlook on smoking after 25+ years of committed smoking! It does more (IMO) than Allen Carr in that he gives you a method to retrain your subconscious to not want cigarettes (i.e. no cravings...AT ALL) and it works!

    It has singularly saved thousands of pounds and several years of my life and I recommend it to anyone who will listen :)
