Hi basilcat, lurkio and the lurkers and anyone I've missed. I'm still meant to be w*rking. I've done some but I am tempted to pack up soon and go home-got to be back in time for kids anyway.
Sorry you're feeling cr*p basilcat, hope you're feeling better soon.

    In your own time, cs ;) - :T :T :T :T :T
I'm on my own in the office today, so have devoted most of the day to reading Neil Casey. Thing is, I'm now at the last few pages where you need to have an undisturbed 10 minutes and a cigarette, and I can't do it because I'm at work - GUTTED!!! Hopefully what I've read will be working away at my subconcious for the rest of the afternoon until I can finish the book!

I would like to be able to say that today is the last day I will ever smoke a cigarette, but I know that's putting pressure on myself. So, what I am going to say is this: I am a rational, sensible human being, totally in control of my thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I do not suffer fools gladly, and do not like to be made a fool of. I have nothing to be afraid of.
    Making any sense, Lurkio?

Hi Lurks.... :hello: would be ok apart from now have a stinking cold- was in bed yesterday and have had to drag myself into work today as its mega busy... done lots and lots of walking over the weekend but not a great deal of running... don't think it's a good idea to go to the gym tonight as I'm feeling so carp. How about you?

ok.......ish. Not aching so much the following day, but with this couch to5k thing, you don't get a chance to get used to what you're doing , it's straight on to the next stage. next week is NO WALKING   , just a two mile jog. I blame Boatie_Bird - where is she? I need to have a word with her....... still, thanks to the large [STRIKE]disposable incomes[/STRIKE] hearts of my work colleagues, I have hit my sponsorship target :D :T :T

:T :T :T :T :T :T - you really do have nothing to be afraid of, cs, so don't worry and don't put pressure on yourself. remember, he says it may not happen straight away, but it will happen. Keep us informed.....

I'm so sorry basilcat, I couldn't help having a chuckle to myself when I read the above, I know it's only a typo.

I tend to have days when I'm feeling a bit goldfish.

Terrible sense of humour, sorry :o
