    Last smoke - 01/11/2007

I've stopped counting how many days it is - also I stopped thinking about the money I'd saved as well. My main aim was to stop thinking about smoking altogether, so far its working.

round about 120 days i reckon so far, on 15 a day would be a saving of around 450ish i guess

Steve, if this helps I quit 3 days after you on 4th Nov. I started a quitmeter as an incentive to keep going and my stats as of now are...

I have been quit for 3 Months, 1 Week, 6 Days, 22 hours, 58 minutes and 5 seconds (105 days). I have saved £771.36 by not smoking 2,966 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Week, 3 Days, 7 hours and 10 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 04/11/2007 23:00

I smoked an average of 28 a day (got through a carton of 200 in a week) so if you roughly halve my stats that's how much you've saved/not smoked!!
    QUIT SMOKING 4/11/07 :j

I am indeed, ym. But we live in a very liberal society thesedays and if he/she/it were to ask, I'd find it difficult to refuse. I'd then have troll-in-laws and could look forward to raising some trollets and living happily ever after under a lovely bridge in the country, waiting for that familiar tripp-trapp, tripp-trapp.......

  • And talking of trolls they say not to feed them and I think their thread is a bit starving. Probably pop over here again in a min :D

Off to the Beach soon as the Kids are on Half term down Souf to collect shells and peebles. Roll on work :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Have a good one

  • Hello all

Thought I'd pop in to say hi, Have been stopped 1day and 14 hrs according to my quit meter thingy, was on 30+ a day have gone cold turkey, never tried without NRT before. Havent had any cravings as such, it's more a constant feeling of something missing/forgotten, have been hyper-bordering on hysteria:rotfl: but haven't murdered the kids yet. Need to eat often as feeling light headed. Does this sound familiar to you guys?
