For all your 'new' non smokers!
Well done! Keep it up. Keep yourself busy if that's what you have to do. Come on here and ramble if it helps.. we are here to support you and ourselves.
To the people who have been non smokers a little longer already:
Keep it up!

Beccatje thanks for remembering me it helps to have someones support none in 3d thanks again
You are welcome!
Look at you! You are such a star! Day 2 already! Now that will give you plenty of motivation to not light up again won't it? Because if you do, you'll have to redo day 1 and half of day 2!
You get through those first 3 or 4 days any which way you can!. Sleep, munch, clean your house, work, go out for walks, play games on the computer.. ANYTHING to get you through. After that it gets easier. I PROMISE!!

There you go YellowMonkey. A nice big bunch of tulips, sent over from Holland especially for you!
And I'm sure you can enjoy their delicate smell because you are no longer clogged by that smoke!0 -
Lovely. Many thanks Beccatje. Might have a tiptoe through them later

Hello fellow quitters and soon to be quitters. I'm not quitting until 1/1/8 but have been delaying the 'first one' over the past few days along with reducing the number (5-5-4-3-2-1). Haven't had any today but it could be because nobody has phoned LOL
Lots of people doing really well on here and I am sure there will be an influx from new year's dayI reserve the right not to spend.

Thanks Yellowmonkey (great name by the way) and Becca thanks so much for the flowers, (one of my fav things). Yes I seem to be OK so far, (not the norm for me when I quit, I am usually climbing the walls.) At the moment I am simply ignoring those that irritate me and concerntrating on me (how selfish of me he he) any way seems to be whats working at the moment as for tomorrow who knows. Nky good luck for your quit day and yes I am sure you will be joined by many new years day quitters. Have fun!!Grocery Challenge Jan £300
