I am also the cold turkey type of person. I would just rather bite the bullet quick and hard and be done with it. But it is such a personal choice! It doesn't matter how you do it! Whatever works.

Oh I missed this thread cos I was 5 months in at that stage. Just bounced the original thread from last year, its 1 year for me on tuesday and its a great feeling.
