No worries JoeHel ;) I'm just starting to get a little apprehensive about the whole thing! Over a week ago I set a date and when that morning came I got up had a shower to make sure I was all nice and clean and washed every clothing that was lying around that I had worn as a smoker! An hour and a half in I was down the shop!!! That was my attempt at cold turkey which was silly knowing I had patches in the house already DOH!!! By then rather than put on a patch I had bought tobacco:o

Completely understand Tobruk. I was a complete girly woos a few days before I quit and I was nearly sobbing I was so terrified!!! (I am a girl, in case you were wondering, so being pathetic is allowed ;) )

But you are right ... there is NO excuse for buying tobacco when you could stick a patch on and KNOW that the annoying craving will disappear!! I guess just be prepared and have patches at the ready when you decide to start day one so you don't put yourself through the mill when you don't have to. 100% behind you, no matter how you choose to do it! :j

I've been so busy today, I've worked harder in this job in 3 weeks than I did in my old job in 3 years :undecided hope the old boss isn't reading this

Right, I'm off to bed, took so long to read and reply to this I haven't even had a chance to check my emails!
