    Adzha may i ask why u said like 5 pages back you was leaving and said bye and on this page (last page) you have said goodbye again but still online..U need to read those posts coz i found ppl where givin advice, people said somethings to me about my debt and i took it all on board. Postive or negative doesnt matter.

    I've just been rejected by my own mum for being emo. I'm used to rejection and getting s**t at school because I'm not a chav - I wouldn't want to be!

    I'm me and those who can't accept that can shove it where they want.

    Hi All

    out of the bath and feeling better - I know about that JUST ONE that JoeHel talks about - I stopped from Aug to Xmas last year and guess what had one at a party!!
    Next day just 10
    Next day just 20 etc etc

    the stupid thing was - it was really hard to smoke again, made me feel as sick as a dog and I was and yet I still carried on until I got over the sickness!! crazy fool - I am never again having that ONE - cos it ain't

    But thanks for the reminder - if I don't have the first one, I can't have the next one - an old alcoholic friend of mine uses the same philosophy for drink and she has been sober for a fair few years now..

    Deaks do you still smoke now or have you stopped? If you still smoke when are you quitting?

    Mumsy of 2 - how very dare you (in my best Peter Kay voice) - I am most definately a non-smoker as of 2 (well in 2 hours 2 mins) day ago !!:T ;)

    First day not too bad

    Today a bit tougher, but still going - JoeHels pointing me in the direction of WhyQuit really helped - have YOU seen that photo of the 34 year old guy??

    Reading your posts sounds like you are having a bit of a tough time/day - have you stopped yet? - myself and MumofCookers stopped on the same day - you gonna join us this week? - Hope so ... let us know

    Mumsyof2 - not only look at the guy - look at the wife and kid - my son's been nagging for ages, tell you what, I would never want him to see me in that state - scary - today when I have had a moment - I breathed deep and looked at this
