I knew i would decide but it was just a matter of when. I am sick of trying to do anything and getting out of breath even laughing :eek: . Done it for 4 months earlier this year so i know it can be done. Just need to get my mind set right. Looking forward to it.

The thing is that with me it is not a financial thing. I smoke roll ups and go to Belgium. £25 for 10 pouches. Lasts me about 3 months. Only costs £2 return for me to get to France and back so not about the money. It is 100% my health that I am now worried about so I know i will be doing the right thing for me.

Will enjoy sharing my experience along the way. Roll on 1st Jan

hey all
have brought myself a fab book (1p from amazon!!!) called free yourself from smoking as i was being way too adveturous trying to quit last weekend on my own! I aim to finish the book this week so hopefully this time next week i will be a non smoker and be saving myself lots of cash.:D
