    Hello,

    Any recommendations for giving up - patches, books, hypnosis, cold turkey? I have tried two out of four and failed and would really like to give up

    Hey Hotfeet and welcome :wave:

    Have a look at the first post on this thread, there are loads of tips and links you can visit for support and information.

    We have had loads of different people on here that have tried a whole manner of things, patches, nasal spray, gum, cold turkey, books, meditation, Zyban, Champix, hypnosis...the list goes on.

    Eventually you will find the one that suits you, just a matter of trial and error. If you have questions on anything particular, ask away and I'm sure that one of us will be able to help you.

    In the meantime, stick around and we will support you all we can :)
