TNG - fair comment. I would thoroughly recommend allan carr to everyone who hasnt tried that method, and even if you have. I tried it once a couple of years back but i dont think it sank in or i was ready to quit. I can quite honestly say that this time i havnt had a craving since I read it, I remember the long horrible miserable days on the willpower method
I just have rubbish willpower i guess
