Day 1 again for me. i felt completly and utterly disgusted with myself it made me feel sick so I now know - not to smoke - I willg et ther ein the end!

Keep posting, this will help you focus on what you want to achieve.

I don't know why I do it, I really hate smoking now. I have had no cravings so far today and I know that I can do it so I should really!!
