Have a look at quit7 dot com. Someone won one on here (when they cost about 80 quid, too  ), which is how I got to hear about it.:dance:There's a real buzz about the neighbourhood :dance:0 -

OMG, what a week!
Don't really want to talk about it at the moment (very teary still), but suffice to say that my best friend in the world died last week in his mid 30s. Never smoked, rarely drank and fit as a fiddle!
Suffice to say, the nicotine monster was knocking in my head, but somehow I managed to keep it at bay!
Taking each day at a time still - and work want me back in France next week again...... if I can't do this for good now, I don't think there'll ever be a better time! The smaller the monkey the more it looks like it would kill you at the first given opportunity.

I think the thing that this thread has shown me is that stopping smoking is very much horses for courses
You have to try everything until you find the method that works for you. No one method is better than any other, that's looking at it the wrong way round. There's a method for you, you just have to find it
monkey - poor you. What can I say. Sounds trite, but if you can go through that and not smoke, you've done astonishingly well:dance:There's a real buzz about the neighbourhood :dance:0 -
SkintButTrying, well done :T Alan Carr has done the job for lots of people on this thread. Keep popping in from time to time, it's good to hear peoples progress
Monkey, oh I am so so sorry to hear your newswhat a bad time you are having. Well done on not giving in though, that shows how strong willed you are now on the smoking front. My thoughts are with you and your friends family
