Totally agree with you!! I always thought my smoking was a rebellious thing inside me, but no, Allen Carr gets rid of all that!!! Its not anyones fault that you are a smoker!!! At the end of the day it is an addiction and nothing else!!!!I never ever thought that I would find it so easy to stop and thats the honest truth!!!:j

I think Allen Carr is more effective if you have been smoking for a few years, as it is alot to do with the brainwashing over the years, built up!!!!!

Well my smoking habits always changed. I'd gone from 1 a month to 10 a day, and time filling smoker to addict.

Found cold tukey hard, but I wont pay £16 for 7 days of patches!
