I am doing great, I have now got to the point (after 18 mths!) that I cant STAND the smell of ciggies on anyone else!

Right, I am having a much better day today.

Jo,IDA and TNG you are all right, just a minor blip. (but to be completly honest it was more like 7 minor blips, once I had one I just thought that I might as well, dumb I know!)

So I restarted my quit counter as day 1 today.
A fresh start and a better frame of mind today.

Will be checking in here more often for surport.

Not expecting much inch loss this week - really haven't been trying very hard at all !! I've visited the sweet site but have resisted the urge to order I go for virtual nostalgia its great cause there are no calories :rotfl: :rotfl: - although no taste either and thats a bit of a bummer:rotfl: :rotfl: !!

Hi everyone :hello:

Just picked up my PM requesting an update on the smoking situation... basically I have failed miserably.

I have just changed jobs, moved house, left all my fab mates behind and have been generally too stressed out to even think about it.

I know that's a pathetic excuse but it's all I got!!!
