    I just stopped for the second half of breakfast! Toasted muffin with red jam and a coffee, yum! Oh, and a couple of lumps from a choccy orange while I was waiting for the toaster;)

    Hi everybody, really sorry I haven't posted for aaaaages but life completely took over!! I hope everyone is still doing well, I haven't had a cigarette since giving up on July 12th, so thats over two months ago!
    I've just joined weight watchers, so I'm improving myself one bit at a time. The OH gave up too if you remember, and he hasn't had one either, so the flat doesn't smell anymore. How is everyone else???

    I'm doing okay, stealing IDA's lines now but 'confident not complacent' :D
