    Hi,

    Just wanted to butt (:D ) in if that's ok?!
    I gave up smoking approx 4 years ago after trying all the different methods out there and failing.
    I eventually managed to stop after buying the book 'How to stop smoking and stay stopped' by Gillian Riley and haven't looked back since.
    I still have the book (have been hanging out on DH deciding he wanted to give up but no luck so far :rolleyes:) so was wondering if anyone wanted to try it?
    Was thinking I could forward it onto the first person who replies to me and then once they've used it they can forward it on to the next person who wants it. That way you don't have to pay for it (trying to be :money:!).
    (If people did want to buy it you can get them fairly cheap on amazon).
    I will forward on mine to the next person who answers this!
