Hi all. Just wanted to say a BIG well done to all those that have managed to keep the cigs from their lips

I've only just seen this thread and have been thinking of giving up for a while. I hope you don't mind if I join the gang :j

I will start tomorrow, will be finished my last packet then. Not chucking them away, what a waste of money! We this is a money saving site afterall :rotfl:

Looking forward to some support and will post how crazy I get day after day:eek:

All quiet here - just starting to try and get rid of the increasing flab (although how those Walkers crisps jumped into my mouth I simply don't know - lol!!)

Take a look at the first post on this thread, there's loads of tips and links which will help (definately take a look at the link for Max Kirsten's smoking video - not before, during or after eating though ). We're all here to help and listen to you so you go crazy!!

IDA, don't you just hate it when that happens - I unfortunately tripped up earlier in the shop and 2 toblerones and 2 dime bars fell into my basket. I obviously didn't realise till I'd got to the till so thought I'd better buy them
