Adz, get Allen Carrs easy way to stop smoking today. I don't want to come over all 'ex-smoker' on you but you will start to regret it this time next week when the coughing starts...keep us updated xDFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0

In fact an even bigger Grrrr!!!
Adz, pick up the Allen Carr or Neal Casey book.
Read and re-read!
It doesn't make any sense.....
When I started at 13, I thought "Well, I'll quit when I'm older"
Then when I became a Student, I thought "Well, I can't afford it so I'll quit sooner or later"
The next thing I knew, I'm in my mid 30s, I can't imagine living without cigarettes and it looked like I was going to be a smoker all my life.....
Then I found another way (puts his evangelical hat on)
It's easier to quit now.... it just gets harder each year
Btw guys, for those of you who need Mr Carr to help you get through the day, got bought one of these the other day.....

Definitely well worth it!
Keep on the wagon everyone :T :T :T :T

Oh dear Adzha if you're out there (or on here!) don't feel defeated - just try and remember why you wanted to quit! I've tried many times to quit in the past and you managed much longer than I ever did so you know you can do it - your time will come!
Hi Jo blew my diet again (big time - a yorkie (who says they're not for girls!!!), crisps, biccies etc etc) hate dieting cause I always eat more and crave everything! So not dieting anymore back to "sensible" eating for me!! Perhaps you should start a "sensible eating" thread and motivate us all to lose weight!!
Hi to everyone else, hi Mike glad to see you're keeping up with the thread!
love and hugs

Adz, Newsgroup_monkey is just trying to support you as we all are. It makes us all feel pretty useless when any one of us falls off the wagon and it's frustrating. Well done for not smoking today, take one day at a time that's all you can doDFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0
