haha, I never do listen to what they play as a hit the back button as soon as I hear the first note.
I don't like moving images either- there was one seller who aimed firmly at 'cutsie' with dancing rabbits and fairies and twinkling stars. I could not have forced myself to buy from someone that had listings that gave me a migraine. I recall that she had one of those really stupid user names like 'Sara-cute-pink-princess' which always leads me to suppose they are 45, unmarried and talk in a high little squeaky voice and refer to themselves as a 'girlie'I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. You know I think a few sellers could get a few tips on this threadThe most potent weapon of the oppressor is the mind of the oppressed. Steve Biko0

Photos, either ones obviously grabbed from the makers website but worse of all those yellowish blurry ones taken with a phone under incandescent light. Urg! just makes everything look stale and you can almost smell the Nicotine.
Hot tip, there is a really good (free) light in the sky called the Sun and nothing comes close to making pictures look natural, always take the item outside and photo it.0 -
None of the above. Only sellers with really bad feedback ie lots of negs or esp with lots of poor attitude replies to negs or neutrals.
I'm amazed that people are put off by auctions that are "private" - do you really believe that they are all shill bidders? I set my auctions on my personal account to private, because I don't want my relatives seeing me flogging off their giftsWon't do that again!

I've never come across a musical listing before, but that would drive me away too.

No photos.
Or a three word description "nice black dress" for example! And even worse, both combined!
And ridiculous shipping...£10 for a £2 key ring! I actually emailed the seller to question the shipping...no reply, wasn't surprised!0
