Or even better, can someone on Twitter post a link to the MSE article on Arena's feed and get their feedback. They probably do not know about it and will then be able to set the record straight.0
-
I think MSE have also been made to look VERY bad now. Just look at Facebook and Twitter for all of the negative comments. Very upset, I was a loyal MSE fan.0
-
To be fair we are only getting misinformation from MSE which is being spread by some gullible readers who do not understand that their contract is with Arena and not MSE. This is Arena's !!!!-up, but incorrectly advising people who trust the article is shambolic from MSE.
I'm not on FB. Has anyone posted a link to the MSE article on Arena's page there?
To be fair MSE have written one line that has caused some confusion.
Arena have said that,
My wife would get flowers on the 14th
My wife would get flowers on the 15th
That they would send twice as many on 15th
they have emailed all affected customers
They would refund 50%
They would offer a 50% discount on future order
That only a tiny % of people were affected but yet they are STILL working through a backlog despite "doubling staff" working 24hrs and closing the phonelines
So far they have not done any of the above and I feel I am being lied to.
I think I am pretty clear where the vast majority of the fault/misinformation is coming from here...0 -
Update from Arena Flowers:
I'm sure MSE would agree with us, that it is better you have the removed discount code. I check it is still active on our system and I have asked that it remains so. Use the code 'msesorry' at checkout for a 50% discount on a future flower order. This is only valid with for the email of affected orders.0 -
I've had no email from arena. No flowers and no refund!0

Mine didin't arrive Friday either....Disgusted!!:mad:0

Point one is not new information - it is why there is the issue for all affected customers
Points 2 and 3 are the same point.
The fourth is contentious if emails have been lost to spam folders, but let's give customers the benefit of the doubt
Point 5 refund obviously would not show in an account immediately and they have stated that this process will start early next week
Point 6 they have done
Point 7 there is no evidence to support your claim
So really it is just one point - that the promised flowers have not arrived for you, which is clearly a serious issue, but not as serious as MSE misinforming a large audience that they will get something when all evidence points to something different.0 -
Simply put, Arena are claiming they are putting more energy into saving this PR disaster than they really are doing of substance.
They took from my CC the full payment more than a week ago.
They haven't delivered anything to me.
They haven't answered their customer care phone calls.
They haven't emailed me at all.
They haven't responded to my emails.
Terrible service and added a veneer of undeserved quality by latching on to MSE.0 -
No flowers on 14th
No flowers on 15th
No Flowers on 16th
No refund
No Tracking number
No customer service
And also they delete posts on their facebook page and now blocked the option to post there.
Hilarious that they think that someone will be stupid enough to use 50% for 'future' order. Who want to buy from them after this ordeal?!0 -
I received an email advising my flowers would not arrive on Valentines Day, but the following day, and instead of a dozen red roses, 24 would be delivered.
Initially I thought that would be okay, but was furious to find out that 11 red roses had been delivered instead, not even the dozen I had paid for.
Have emailed them on Friday, but no response. Have attempted to ring them but get answerphone saying lines are busy then get cut off.
I won't be using them again, whatever offers they may give through this website.
Anybody else not had the two dozen roses promised?? Where do I stand now, as I can't cancel the order as some have already been delivered?0
