    Gotta love this from Arena, sorry we failed to deliver your flowers for the third time, why not place another order with us and signup to our newsletter as we have impressed you so much....

  • Well just read the MSE news post from yesterday confiriming that 24 flowers will be delivered today (tuesday) This follows the MSE post of the RAena boss promising they would be delivered last Friday.
    Arena flowers appear simply to be lying to the MSE news editor and have taken our money and certainly I have not had any flowers.
    Is MSE really this gullable?

    Finally a reply from Arena after number of attempts to contact them.. Will keep an eye on my bank statement as I have little trust on what they promise...

    so its Valentines day all over again tonight!!:heartsmil

    Very nice lady kate at Arena finally owned the problem and resolved it for me after an eamil a day since last week well done Kate but never again with Arena!

    they have blocked me on facebook and will not reply to email, so what are we supposed to do?

    the more messages people send,the longer it takes to get through them
    IIRC they have up to 30 days to refund you in UK law
    so sit back and realise c@ck ups happen and show a bit of patience
