Jesus. it is 2 days since Valentines
you are now talking about a chargeback?

Custardy - if you don't agree, don't post!

If I pay money, then I expect something, if I want it back then I want it
    back.

I also happen to know how many days it's been, but thanks for the useful info.

    Do you work Arena?
!!!!!! is your problem !!!? I don't recall this being your private forum or even your thread... if people don't agree with you they aren't allowed to post?

It's crazy to be suggesting to use a charge-back the moment you're unhappy with a service. Get a grip... chase them up through normal channels and then use charge back if those do not work.

Anyway... still no flowers and no follow-up email. I did tweet them and got a reply almost immediately but it just pointed me to their canned statement.

I guess I'll send a "refund demand" email now and give it a couple of days.

I don't have a problem, but I sure made you squawk!

Likewise I did what you are now doing to me :T

So if you live by your own values/theory, then you should not have posted :D

Thanks anyway - I thanked your post!

Still no flowers!! 5 days later !

They are also now trying to renege on the 24 roses offer and
supplying a refund and a 50% off code.

I took the 15th off to wait for the promised flowers. What do you think a suitable compensation might be as i am <expletive> angry at them and they have caused a lot of stress!!!

My partner ordered his from Interflora and I was lucky to receive a lovely bunch of roses at 11am this morning!

You are very lucky. Years ago Interflora let me down on Mother's Day; despite their advert stating they GUARANTEED delivery in time, I subsequently received an email saying due to too many orders they could not deliver after all.

Since then I have never and would never use Interflora again and go out of my way to contact the local florist directly where possible.

For many people it is a case of once bitten twice shy and I'm sure a lot of people here will never, ever use Arena in the future - I know that I wouldn't .

  • Day before Arena emailed me to say the flowers would arrive Friday. :j
They never arrived. They wont answer their phones.

Yesterday they e-mailed me to say the courier had lost my order and they had refunded me my money. THANKS A LOT.:(

They must have told MSE that an import didnt arrive. How many different excuses will they use.

    NUTS---unhappy girlfreind:cry:

Would like to sue them for cost of alternative 'SORRY DARLING' holiday in Thailand.

The flowers arrive a day late. I paid £28 for them (refunded as screwed up) but I *wouldn't* pay £5 for the flowers received.

They looked half dead and nothing like the picture on their website.

Avoid this one in future for sure.

Still no flowers, contact, apology or refund from Arena. Hear from social media they are trying to now blame both failure in supplier and failures on couriers part. They can't have it both ways, either they never had the flowers to send, and blew their reputation then but how can these poor couriers be delivering flowers they never had?
In the flower business someone should have told them when your in a hole, stop digging.
  • Same here no flowers ever came, no refund. Although I did get an email on Thurs nite saying they were going to refund me but keep checking online & it ain't there.

Its just a pain rememering to check, keep checking, wasting time - wish I had never heard of Arena.
