Morning all,
Webiutha don't worry - I didn't do any exercise this weekend either, besides cutting the grass. I also succumbed to a glass of wine or 2 (as usual!) but have made my peace with it
I've decided that if I'm good during the week dietwise, hit the gym every day and play my 5 a side once or twice a week..I can allow myself a glass of wine and a veg out session each weekend.

I need to get back into my diet today.. we had an indian takeaway after the mountain climb yesterday.. It was the only thing that kept us going..
Can't decide whether to rest today or go out on my bike for a 3 mile trip. :undecided
I might just stay and do some weights and sit ups etc..
I've been doing hip raises and it really gets your buttocks!
I'm really enjoying working out at home, little and often, I can really feel the difference.. I will start going gym at some point to use the treadmills, but everything else I can do at homeBSC Member 155

I find the diet is the hardest part tbh.
At least your doing your resistance exercises - That's the main thing. It doesn't matter where as long as your doing them. I didn't do ANY last week due to injury and it's preying on my mind a little.
Must get back on the boat starting in about 5 mins time...Off to the gym!!
I got my sportswatch but haven't been outdoor running yet (another must do). It's been terrible weather and when it hasn't, I've had no motivation!
Must try harder:)..........John

Morning all,
Well, I managed to do just short of 50 miles on the bike saturday (although, in fairness, mainly on road). Yesterday I ran just over 4 miles and so today I shall rest
Managing to keep the diet going quite well so far - have 3 meals per day, plus a treat (normally pudding) - a couple of the meals could have been healthier (curse these curries!), but I think it's a step in the right direction.
People reckon they're starting to see a change in my shape - plus the scales reckon the weight's starting to reduce a little...(wiifit reckons I'm just getting fatter and fatter...it is evil)
So, feeling quite motivated for this week0 -
Well, after much deliberating.. I have decided to have a rest day.. apart from floor exercises now and then throughout the day..
I'm just too shattered to do anything else.. especially as I am trying to cut down my intake today aswell..
It's meant to be a nicer day tomorrow, so I am planning dog walking and cycling..BSC Member 155

Ooooh Webitha, did I mention you are looking lovely today
I have been going for about 2 weeks ish now, maybe longer, the days just melt into one at the moment..
You sound like you are doing brilliantly though, so i'm sure people will start to notice soon enough.. and even if they don't, think of all the health benefits and the stamina you will be building up& hopefully losing fat and building muscle..
