You should try and take a pump and puncture repair kit out with you, or even a spare tube...good practice for when you start doing longer rides, or for when the OH is unavailable...

Halford want £7.99 to change it and £5 for a tube..

Never thought I would manage it, but as time was going on it became really fun, especially the downhill bits and kerb jumping
