Oh no! Is it really bad?

I decided to have a complete day off tbh. I'd feel a prat limping around the gym:) I did think about doing upper bodsy at 05:45 am when my alarm went off, but changed my mind when I stood up!

Hope you feel better soon John...

Not sure what I feel like doing today! The weather is supposed to be worse from tomorrow onwards so outdoors seems like a good plan. I feel like a day off from running or cycling but I will probably end up doing one or the other (or both) :p

    Cheers missy,

Do some for me would you?

It's hard to motivate yourself to exercise sometimes, but when you can't exercise anyway it's worse!! :)

Or maybe I'm just a miserable old git ;)

I love it, its a complete showoffs sport. Its very similiar to karate as we have Koten karate graders in our class - they just dont do the jump kicks. Jump kicks are great....if you're young and springy.....hurts a little bit more as you get older! We also do the Katas like Karate do.
Sparring in tournaments can be done in Kick boxing style ( ring) or on the mats like Karate. I love sparring, such an adrenaline rush.
Ive been going for about 5 years now...still on my second brown belt as cannot put the time in to do the BLack Belt Prep classes, you need to train 4 times a week in the six week lead up to grading. Its just not possible for me with a family and work...at the moment anyway.

Sounds very much like karate! I was a brown belt in Shotokan karate, about 5 yrs ago now! :o never went for the black belt tho

I've just been out on my bike.. it all went wrong tho  I planned a 6 miles route on MapMyRun (love that site!), and half way around I got a completely flat rear tyre!  just my luck!

Luckily I got OH to come and pick me up :T altho he did try and get me to walk back.. !

So.. I did a 3 mile ride from hell as I planned the hardest part first to get it out of the way.. although I did just start on a big downhill section, jumping off curbs etc :D maybe that's why my tyre punctured?! :o
