Debating swimming tonight.. I've got the get up early to get to body pump, so I don't wanna overdo it?! Or am I being lazy?

Lol - I hate hospitals. No diet could drive m in there. Unless we're talking shedloads of Swedish nurses..........

One last cider and I'll call it a night I think!!

Oh yumm cider....havent had a drop of woodpecker for ages!! Got a BBQ tomorrow afternoon maybe ill go buy some cider to take with me.
Cycling to the BBQ....does that count as worthwhile exercise? lol not sure about getting home on a pushbike though.
Probably go for a run tomorrow to.....maybe, possibly. :)

Had some strongbow left over from my last 'diestbuster' session! Of course cycling counts - Unless you are cycling from your own garage to your own back garden!

I don't plan on moving today, never mind running. I don't know if I'd be able to anyway lol:) The hard work starts on Monday!

Well, I didn't make body pump.. :( OH took the car to buy his dad a new tent for their tour of Scotland on bikes  so i'm stuck here..

Gonna do more sit ups, press ups etc etc.. I would like to go for a run, but i'm really not liking the idea! I will see how badminton goes on Sunday first. I've still got a mashed elbow from my snowboarding acrobatics, so god knows how i'm gonna swing a raquet about at warp factor 10, but I will manage :D

No pain, no gain! (does that apply to injured arms?)

Well I'm glad that I didn't plan to do anything as it's peeing down outside!

Warp factor 10 - You a trekkie? :rotfl:

Oh and "No Pain, No Gain" is a metaphor meaning that in order to get fitter, you must work hard, your muscles will ache etc...It doesn't apply to 'mashed' elbows!!

Just be careful and if it gets too sore, stop - Otherwise you'll do yourself an injury!

I am most certainly not a trekkie! :rotfl:

Well, just muscle damage to my elbow, I had it x-rayed and they couldn't see a break, but that was 2 weeks ago and it's still sore.. but very slowly getting better. It's getting better with the exercises i've been doing though, so I think it just needs stretching out.. :D

I'm more concerned for my legs and bum after badminton, not gonna be able to walk for a while!

Thank gd for that. Could just see you wandering around with fake Spock ears on though!

Muscles can take time to heal properly so keep an eye on it.

I'm sure you'll live after the badminton!

I pulled a muscle in my shoulder doing press ups this morning.. :(

I tried to do a proper press up (as opposed to a girly one) without warming up - ooops!

It's not bad at all though, just twinges, and I want to moan.. :) and get sympathy..
