I think my answer was the most grown up :)

    Anyways, spammer aside..

Today is a new day, which means a hundred more chances of getting that fitness up..

So, what have we all got planned?

I had to bite my tongue before I gave a non- grown up answer!

Lol - I wish I had good plans. After another poor nights sleep, I plan to slouch behind my desk spouting my mindless drivel on here, whilst supping shedloads of caffeine.

Tonight and tomorrow I plan to drink some cheap booze, wash my car and mow my lawn.

On Monday I plan to feel depressed that I've let myself go over the weekend (again!) and pluck up the resolve to up my fitness regime and get superfit.....

    What about yourself? lol

Well.. I'm glad you asked, because I LOVE! talking about myself :p

Friday (ie today) - swimming tonight.. going to try for 1/2 a mile 32 lengths.
Saturday - Body Pump class.. (never done it)
Sunday - Badminton! Woo! - Looking forward to that one :D

& obviously the girly press ups, sit ups and general pain inducing acrobatics..

Mixed in with some gardening, dog walking and a mountain of ironing..

Ooh it's got a lot more chatty around here since you joined G-G which is GREAT! :D Let us know how your weekend's exercising goes.

I've been out and about and done a 20 kilometres bike ride this morning. I've done quite a lot during Monday-Friday this week so probably won't do anything particularly intense this weekend, but I'll see how I feel :)

I have set a target of doing a mini triathlon distance within the next 10 days: 750 metres swim, 20 kilometres bike ride & 5 kilometres run :)

Good luck with that Missy. You guys are putting me to shame as I have no fitness plans this weekend. Monday is when I plan to screw the nut and draw myself up a rigid plan and stick to it.

Looking forward to it tbh. I'm planning to hit the gym before work and at lunchtime for 45 mins each and then go for a run outdoors after work. Weights in the morning session, cardio in the afternoon and a gentle jog in the evening.

I actually have plans, for once...gonna try a 4.5 mile run tonight - my previous longest was 3.5 on wednesday, so might be a struggle...tomorrow I'm gonna try and do 50 or 60 miles on the mountain bike...I may be some time :)
