Hannahsmummy,
It will probably not be nice but you will get thru it. I came clean to my DH about over £50k debt he didin't know about and although it was horrific at the time, everything is good now.
Please PM me if you want to ask anything else sweetheart,

It might sound overly spiritual but "Let truth be the light that illuminates your road to recovery" It sounds you have all you can to set yourself free from the burden of debt; let your partner share your journey with you.0

Hi Hannahsmummy
I hope tonight goes ok tonight and just wanted to send you a big hug to help you get through today.
Perhaps you could show him some of your posts on here so he can see what you are doing and that you are serious about getting out of this debt. Maybe he would like to post here to as I am sure the lovely people on here woundn't mind offering him support too.
((hugs)) to you.

Are you sure you need to tell him? It's only 5K and if you're gonna clear it in 15 months, why not keep it to yourself? It is after all your debt and you're dealing with it positively, you may be married but it's not really his business.0
