Maybe he finally pushed her too far and she clobbered him with the frying pan. She's probably down at A&E right now...

Hi everyone

Im ok-still here! I have so far resisited the urge to 'clobber him with a frying pan'! As i said it went relatively well, he didnt shout, he said id done really well for paying of as much as i had done. He didnt shout-which is what i was expecting, we sat down, rationally on saturday and he asked how much i owed last year and how much i owed now, and how igot myself into the mess. I explained everything to him, about what had happened with my parents, bailing my brother out, he hasnt got a high opinion of my brother anyways so this was the nail in the coffin as far as he is concerned, he thinks ive been stuck in the middle of all this and now realises that he isnt the easiest person to get along with. My parents feel really guilty, ive told them its my problem, but they are adamant they want to help me sort this out. Hubby thinks its my brothers fault and wants the money from him to pay the debts back, i told him he wouldnt get any money from my brother. Last week my parents decided they would remortage again, for various reasons, they need some home improvements done, they need to pay off a couple of cards and one loan they have, after that is done what is left over will pay off my debts- this comes from my mum. I feel really bad about this, but hubby thinks this is fine, that its their fault (because of promising to pay for the wedding but then not being able to hence the reason im in debt) As i say my parents feel awful, my mum cant sleep for worrying about me, and keeps saying she is a bad mother for not helping sooner, but her & my dad have been in financial dire straits. I have to ring my mum today anyways to tell her what happened over the weekend. Hubby as i say hasnt shouted but he does keep saying he cant believe what has happened, he cant take it in, and he said yesterday he is seething about it and wants it sorted out by my parents. I will keep you all updated as to what happens next!

Well at least it is all out in the open now, don't stress over what your mum/brother have done, your husband knows now, so hopefully should support you..
