OOOhhh my Bean has just arrived. What are the chances I will be half my size in 4 weeks time???

    LG

There was someone on this board who was pregnant and referred to the unborn baby as Bean. For a moment, I thought you were she, and I was trying to work out how you could have given birth and then immediately posted on here.

    doh!

Oh forgot, proud Mam moment, DS1 is having more major behavioural issues but when I was with his head teacher discussing managing those his test scores came in, Maths exceeding level they would expect him to be at, at level of a child 2 years his age. Reading even higher, 3 years at least. :T Just shows even if he can be a little terror  he's working hard.

    Good evening everyone,

I now have 3 days off - HURRAH!!!! The LOs have been really good today, and ive done some gardening (moved some plants from the side of my house to the front). Also managed to clean the front room - still need to do the hoovering, but will do that later, after ive watered the garden.
Had some good news today - was checking my emails earlier, and had one to say i had won a Lulu bag and sunglasses (Jaegar Lulu Guiness bag worth about £399!!!) so chuffed, my first proper win since entering comps from the comp board, so cant wait til i get it!!!
Well, going to watch the last bit of Great British Chef, then out to water the garden.

    Have a great evening everyone,
    Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

This is why I never go to the doctors - the duty doctor called me back and I told him my symptoms, he told me he was just a trainee doctor and really couldn't tell me what the problem might be - very useful!! So now I've got an appointment Wednesday afternoon next week, but its with another trainee doctor because my doctor doesn't work Wednesday's  So that'll probably be pointless too. Now I'm tired and fed up, dizzy and my teeth hurt again. Sorry :p Hopefully It'll be better after a good nights sleep, I've had a couple of days this week that haven't been so bad

Tiredness from my busy week has finally kicked in so I'm going to slob infront of the t.v until I fall asleep - probably in 20 mins :D
    October grocery challenge(started 17/10/07):
    Asda - £11.98
    Aldi - £10.36

Parking pot: £1.00 (everytime I walk into town instead of parking on pay and display, I put the money saved in a jar)

Well. I'm a happy girl tonight. I did a nice bake up this morning, and Lord willing, my young mouths should be quite content over the weekend :-)

I made a large tray of flapjakcs and shortbread. Two trays of sponge cakes. One tray choc chips the other plain then iced.

Last night I made two large pies from some turkey bits that were in the freezer. I added some diced potao and onion with it. I made up too much filling, so I used the left over pastry to make a smaller pie. I still had tons of filling left, so this morning I made some more pastry, made up another small pie, finished off the filling, then made a jam tart with left over pastry for pudding tonight :-)

Do you know what? I had all the bakes I'd made on cooling racks and the children kept asking for the jam tart lol. Also, my 19yr old saw I was baking and came home with a box of Mr Kippling French Fancies  Still it was her money lol.

Now I think I will sign off and do sme knitting. I love knitting :-)

SAMSAM - you shouldn't have to wait that long! You could try phoning NHS Direct 0845 46 47 for advice or call in at your local pharmacist - I'm pretty sure it's something to do with your sinuses, especially as ALL your teeth hurt, and the pharmacist might be able to suggest something to clear them until you finally get to see a GP. Good luck.
