    YEs they have filed it and i have recieved a acknoledgement copy from court saying about but what will happen next that i am not sure and worried about it .

    hi everyone ive sent a request of a warrant to lloyds what can i expect now? will i get a letter from anyone to say when they receive the warrant?
    any help would be greatly appreciated

    Just to let you know that my bank finally put in a defence just a couple of days before it was too late so Im expecting it to be stayed now.
    Hope yours goes well. Still interested how you get on particularly with the warrant.

    Hi there could someone please advise me, i filed mcol on the 26th april and it was aknowledged by capital one on the 1st May does that mean i can press start for judgement on the 28th or 29th MAY someone please reply as i am getting itchy finger and i am desperate to win this.

    Hi i would have thought with the amount of people who filed with mcol and won somebody could answer my question . Here goes if capital one aknowledged my claim on the 1st may when can i press the start button is it on the 28th day or 29th day which would make it the 30th may is this right.please please help.:confused:

  • Hey Guys,

    After receiving two letters from Captial One with their last and final token payment offer £165 (original claim £915 with 8% interest), I decided to take the MCOL route.

    I filed on the weekend and now the staus of my claim says "Start" when I press this there are two options to choose

    Judgment by default or judgment my admissions, what do these mean, and am i meant to select any of these or just leave them alone until I have a response from Cap1

  • Did you spot the deliberate mistake there while I merged you with the wrong thread but we're okay now :o

    Check the link in my post above yours to the post by Beate which gives the timings you can expect using MCOL.
