Timings for MCOL/court

Sorr if this is in the wrong place but I couldnt find a slot. Today marks the 29th day since barclays were classed as served with the claim yet MCOL won't let me claim by default it says the 28 days arn't up yet they are today. This 28 days does include the pre 5 days for waiting for service of the claim, so 33 days in total. Why isn't it letting me do it. The claim is for £1400 and Im getting a bit twitchy because If they file a defence I will have to get a flight back from where I live taking about £400 off me for the priviledge.0

am I right in saying I have to wait until after 10 am ?0

a good load of use you lot were
for anybody else in the same position, I rang the court and they said because my last day fell on a weekend they get until midnight the following day. She said a large majority of the claims come in last minute
I hope I dont have to pay for a flight.

HELLO all money claimers.:j :j
Just a quickie..
My claim was deemed served on nationsnide on the 10th june it was acknowledged on the 11th june so when do i press for judgment .
It still says acknowledged.
last few days i think bt need to know what is going to happen now.
Any one claimed from nationwide how long befor they pay you. Do THEY GO ALL THE WAY.:eek:0 -
If it was deemed served on 10 June then the 28 days are over on Sunday 8 July, that gives them an extra day (due to being on a weekend) so you will be able to enter judgement on midnight to Tuesday 10 July - if they don't defend before that is.Reclaimed thanks to this site:

Firstly i want to say i have won against Halifax reclaiming charges
. So chuffed as they have paid back the full amount. Did this using moneyclaim and they have paid before it went to court - thank god. Won £2223.35.
Now here is where i am a bit confused - not difficult. Just started new moneyclaim against LLoyds TSB. Dont quite understand how many days till i request judgement by default. It says in MSE that there is 5 days until the claim is serviced - is this working days or normal days. Then after that there is 14 days befoer you can request judgement - again is this working or normal???????
