    Hi

I closed a HSBC current account last year and had not thought of getting my bank charges back until recently.
I have work in progress trying to get charges back from Nationwide - simply put, am I in any position to get my HSBC bank charges back as well?
Would I use the same process and letter templates as with an open account?
    Many thanks

Yes you can claim against old or closed accounts, if you give them a ring they should be able to find you from your name address and date of birth, to get an account number for you.

Go into your nearest branch, they can get your details, I got mine from HSBC for an account closed 5 years ago.
