I got mine from the local paper, there are loads so I waited until I found just the right one. Cost me £30. I had to dismantle it but this was good as I took photos and stuck labels on so it was easy to reassemble. Took me a day and a half. I had to replace 9 squares of glass and a few clips so that was an extra £15.
They don't rust so it looks like new.Doing voluntary work overseas for as long as it takes .......
My DD might make the odd post for me0 -

Yeah...the slabs were already there, and roughly levelso I just drilled through and bolted it straight to them.
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -
Thinking about this makes me laugh.I had a greenhouse from free cycle. The guy had partially put it up but pulled his hair out and gave up.
I kept it mostly together to ease the pain of re assembling, only to find out he had put the 4 end corners somehow on the roof.
Mind you it did take me 2 days to find out myself.0 -
With mine, it took three people, each with a degree, to work out how the window fits. :rolleyes:If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0

We've had a Norfolk greenhouse for 5 years now, 6x8 size.
Took a weekend to build, including clearing turf and loose-laying slabs. Would have taken less than a day, but we had to break because of rain. Oh, there were 2 of us with 3 degrees between us0 -
  DON'T BUY IT!!!
The Norfolk Greenhouses, have terrible instructions (they also supply Tescos and other stores) The construction is poor Aluminium and strong winds just blow out the perspex panes, I know because I wasted £110 on one, spent 3 weeks trying to put it together, and after the first storm it blew to pieces.
I am saving my pennies for a good wood one now.~~~~~~~~~~~~Halifax, taking the Xtra since 1853:rolleyes:~~~~~~~~~~~~0 -
Hi,
At the moment Trago are selling a 6*4 greenhouse for £162.
is it any good?
Thanks0 -
Well guess what??
I now have a green house, well it has just taken 2 of us 3 hours to take it apart, and transport it home.
It is filthy, but it is all there, needs 5 new glass panels.
Just got to get up now and re assemble and clean it!! :rotfl:
Photo later when it looks good, but I could be gone some time :rotfl:Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles
