I've not seen anything from Arena saying they will send them anyway even if cancelled. Do you have a source for this as I am very sceptical unless there is a evidence such as quote from them via their website? The MSE article could surely be classed as mere puff.

I was offered either 24 roses delivered tomorrow or a refund according to the email they sent earlier, not both.

What aload of !!!!, as if I had to find out via the MSE update completely by chance, Ive been waiting on a text from the gf telling me shes got them all day and im obviously not going to get one now. What do I do now, tell her about them arsing up the order and theyl come tomo, or just leave it and let them come tomo?

I didnt get an email from them apologising so Ill definitely be emailing for a refund tomo once the 24 have arrived, the whole point is for them arrive today, so annoyed at this!

Well I didn't get an email and thinking my girlfriend got the flowers today, I was very happy that I did something right and I thought she will be happy since valentine is a big deal to her!!!!!

After an argument with my girlfriend, she stormed out as she thought I forgot and everybody else at her work place got something and she was the only one and didn't believe a big company would screw up valentine flowers on valentine day.

So I'm gonna spend valentine on my own (thanks a lot arena flowers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!):(:(:(:(
I had a very bad feeling from Saturday when they stopped answering phones and email (see attached post)
If it is true that only 5% didn't get their order it seems that they are only one who used the deal or discount code which is very scummy ( tho I understand) if its not true and a lot of ppl didn't get it they should really think of another career path/business as they suck at delivering flowers

What a useless bunch of !!!!!!...couldn't run a bath let alone a business... "What makes an Arena flower so special ?" Its rarity I would imagine...

How could they possibly not have known of this fiasco before lunchtime today, and given us a chance to make alternative arrangements ?
