Arena's Twitter feed seems to make clear that it is a refund OR the 24 roses today. Please can someone at MSE provide evidence that Arena stated that orders would be despatched even if cancelled. It's not the sort of thing that should be in the article if it cannot be verified.0

Ref Amaze box: received this email...
Your AmazeBox was dispatched the day before your requested delivery date and was sent by the Royal Mail. As specified on our website all orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class delivery and although they specify that 93% of packages will be delivered the next day this is not a guaranteed.
So if you haven't received your AmazeBox yet, it has definitely been posted and should be received shortly.0 -
Ordered flowers on 11th Feb for delivery 14th. No e-mail saying they weren't coming until gone 10pm at night.....and some wishy washy c**p excuse as to the reason why. E-mailed to complain, no answer. Tried calling - no answer. Quite simply they are not up to the job. Period.
Easily the poorest Customer Service I have ever received - MSE should NOT be associating themselves with this company anywhere on their site.... in fact they should be recommending NOT TO USE THEM.
Oh....still no flowers and no idea if I will get any??

Well my better half received her flowers at 1:50 this afternoon, im relieved as she finished work at 2:30, so it was lucky she was still in work when they arrived.
Then within the last hour I received an automated email from Arena Flowers about my order, I think I might provide them with some feedback.0 -
I was actually fairly happy with an offer to get 24 roses the day after valentine's... Of course I had to tell the missus that she wouldn't get flowers on the day (but I don't think she was expecting them at all so a day late is better than none!).
Now today I've just had a text from her saying that the flowers STILL have NOT been delivered, as of 4pm ! I'm wondering whether she's going to get them at all !!!
While the Arena flowers customer service phone line is still down, I can actually see my order on t'internet, but when I try and click 'delivery tracking' it rebounds a step and takes me back to the order itself. If I use the ref number on my order in the Royal Mail website, I get an error message # not recognised.

...and still nothing. Now e-mailed to cancel my order...but not even had an automated reply. Must say I wet myself when I read the strapline on the bottom of their last e-mail....."an experience delivered" . Pants!!0 -
Incredibly I've just received an e-mail saying I have made the recipient a happy person as my Amazebox was delivered today. Hmmn. I haven't received anything so unsure why they think I have or why MSE was told the Amazebox's were sent without problem. I know it's only £2.99 but it's the principle...:mad:0

Still nothing, like others I was quite happy to wait til today for twice the roses, managed to pick up a cheaper set from Morrisons but even now they have not materialized. What a truly awful company and dire customer service.0
