well if you buy something and you do not get your goods, the money is in effect lost. I cannot afford to do that type of trading, I am not sure what you are trying to prove ? But perhaps you can with the way you are trying to twist simple statements.
and the website link I have been trying to use on their site keeps giving me an error message and they removed their phone number,, this has been well documented on MSE. No doubt due to a larger internet traffic due to this issue.
But indeed no need for you to be nasty on a person just commenting on their findings.
Just because the website link doesnt work for you that doesn't mean it is dead. Perhaps the link is wrong?
It may have been 'well documented' that they removed their number but it is clearly there in the terms and conditions section as I said yesterday and you've not bothered to check before again claiming it is not there.0 -
so has anyone still got an outstanding order? I had no flowers on the 14th, none on the 15th, none on the 16th etc. still no reply from customer service and no sign of a refund.
I feel well and truly narked that I gave them the benefit of the doubt about delivering on Friday instead and still nothing!!
Anyone else in the same boat?0 -

I received this reply -AND a full refund to my paypal account. Though still no flowers. But they really do seem to have had some bad luck along the way too.....

I personally oversaw the loading of every order on the 14th for delivery on the 15th and I know that they all went on so in this case it must have been an issue with the courier. I appreciate that this makes us look even more idiotic, if that is even possible…we really can't catch a break this week and I'm very sorry.
We are really sorry that your order wasn’t delivered as you wished (and that the second delivery also failed) and fully appreciate your disappointment. We are processing your full refund as you requested (funds should be returned to your account early next week) and we apologise most sincerely. I know it's unlikely you'll use it but the code MSEsorry will give you 50% off an order in the future should you want to give us another go in a week when we aren't cursed with bad luck.

Wow these guys are real amateurs! They FAILED to deliver on Valentine's Day, they promised to deliver 24 roses the next day - FAILED. They promised to respond to emails - FAILED. I'm off to leave them negative feedback and will NEVER offer them my custom again!0

Not quite. They failed to fulfil all of the Valentine's Day orders due to a supply chain issue. The couriers seem to be the ones that failed to deliver the flowers on Friday, Saturday, today etc.
Ultimately they take responsibility because they are who our contracts are with, but it's the sort of extra nail in the coffin when it was the last thing they needed with their brand reputation already at an all time low.0 -

I did give them the benefit of the doubt but now doubt their claims that the courier is to blame. I waited in three days for my flowers and they insist that they gave them to the courier. Where are they then? The courier wouldn't lose/throw away/keep the flowers as they want to retain their business. Why aren't they chasing the courier for the flowers? Makes no sense to me.0 -
well after letting us down on valentines day and my wife saying it doesnt matter just get a refund i replied to the email saying could they please deliver the flowers on monday as we are at great ormand street hospital on friday so nobody would be there for the flowers. Didnt get a response but understandable as they ar eno doublt flapping around wondering how this has gone so wrong for them. I did wonder whether they would see my email in time and we would have a bunch of flowers on the doorstep when we returned home. No flowers so thought oh well it seems that they get it...... did they arrive today... ahem No... no flowers no emails, nothing.
Sometimes when mistakes happen, its how they are rectified that you can judge a company, well someone said it above i think there are amateurs. I always go with with M&S, and I paid £19.99 for some flowers, M&S were only £2 dearer..... why did i do it !!!!!!
oh well lesson learned......
