Same here. Nothing . They promised 12 roses...Nothing. They promised 24 roses....Nothing. Think its time to email Watchdog. Shambles of a company. If the rest of the UK companies have managed to get their deliveries, Why has this company not been able to. Bet the likes of Interflora and the Supermarkets are laughing at this Mickey Mouse Company.0

I was actually fairly happy with an offer to get 24 roses the day after valentine's... Of course I had to tell the missus that she wouldn't get flowers on the day (but I don't think she was expecting them at all so a day late is better than none!).
Now today I've just had a text from her saying that the flowers STILL have NOT been delivered, as of 4pm ! I'm wondering whether she's going to get them at all !!!
While the Arena flowers customer service phone line is still down, I can actually see my order on t'internet, but when I try and click 'delivery tracking' it rebounds a step and takes me back to the order itself. If I use the ref number on my order in the Royal Mail website, I get an error message # not recognised.
UH OH !!!:wall:
same for me. It's not a royal mail tracking number. I've contacted them on Twitter and Emailed them. but nothing. They should be ashamed of themselves.0 -

Nothing yet - their 'phones still not allowing calls, and twitter feed has gone suspiciously quiet after promising to help.
Maybe we will get 36 roses on Monday?!
Hahaha. . Dont get me wrong . Im totally wound up with this Company, and I too , am waiting for these bloody flowers to turn up ! but your comment about 36 roses on Monday made me spit my tea out in laughter. ... lol0 -
My box also hasnt arrive, yesterday or today. I know Royal Mail arent great at the best of times, but saying they sent it out well in advance is a clear lie. Useless.0

Still no flowers (friday19.30) and email from them with apologies but saying nothing about when the flowers will be delivered or about a refund ( see below)
MSE really has a responsibility here for dealing with such an absolutely awful bunch of people who appear to have conned MSE and us

I'm LIVID! Ordered the £19.99 bouquet of red roses on 8th February, on behalf of my son, to send to his girlfriend. As if it wasn't bad enough that he had to apologise to her yesterday, explaining about Arena's !!!! up, he assured her they were coming today. They've waited in until 19:30 tonight and still no flowers! I've emailed Arena 3 times and not one single reply! ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE!0

I ordered 2 Amazeboxes @ £2.99 each. One arrived on Valentine's Day, the other didn't. Chocolates inside were just circlular, not red and pink hearts like in their photo. As it wasn't guaranteed next day delivery and goes through Royal Mail, I thought I would wait for the mail delivery today...nothing! I then emailed them, and quickly got a reply stating both were sent. This evening, I received another email stating the boxes were delivered at (time)...just the word "time" not an actual time and that the receipient would be pleased! I ordered them for my two daughters, at same address..wish I hadn't now as it has backfired as only one daughter got it! Not happy!!0
