At 2.30 on the nail, as soon as the link was posted, I went for it, added them to basket, clicked checkout and was told that there were none, however, the £19.99 deal was fine...
I cannot believe 500 peeps had completed that transaction in the 5 seconds it took me to order mine and then be told they were not available..

I ordered the deal but i have emailed them twice and tried to call them from Saturday, no answer on email and the answer phone says their offices are closed!!!!!!!!!!!!!! whats going on!!!?????:(:(:(

On Monday 11th Feb I placed an order for a bouquet of roses to be sent to my wife's place of work for delivery on valentines day.
I got an email confirmation showing delivery would be on the 14th Feb, so sat back safe in the knowledge that I would have a very happy wife on valentines day.
Now out of curiosity I have just checked their website to check on the status of my order, and to my horror the delivery date now states 15TH FEB!!! :eek:

Hmmm strange, the DPD tracking info has now been updated.
It says collected 13th Feb 21:08PM, Service - DPD Next Day.
What are the chances of it being collected at that time (from West London) and delivered today (Leicester) ?

I've tried phoning but there is just a voicemail message stating office is now closed (even though I'm phoning them during office hours).
So I've emailed them to ask for clarification on the delivery date, so hopefully will get an answer soon.
In the mean time I've had my valetines gift from my wife, so I've had to confess to her that she may or may not get a surprise delivery at work today.
She probably secretly thinks I've forgot, so I feel like a right plank now.
Honestly what a farce ! :mad:
Has anybody else ordered with Arena flowers for delivery today? If so what does your order status show on the website?

I placed an order with them to send to my mum actually! I cant log into the site as i dont think i created an account but i sure hope they arrive today!

Have you used them before? I managed to get the dozen red roses for £12 deal hence why i ordered...

I managed to get the deal but on looking at the offer website afterwards it looks very dodgy, try the "about us" and "blog" pages for example, they're just the default template of a web site builder...
There's also no contact details that I could see. The main arena flowers site looks fine so it may just be the offer page was knocked up in 5 minutes!
No flowers arrived yet and I'm extremely worried they aren't going to! Can anyone confirm they got theirs?
I am going to be very upset if I have to go to the supermarket and get the leftovers at 8 o'clock tonight!!

No I've not used them before, and if the flowers don't turn up today, I won't bother using them again.
I missed out on the £12 roses so ordered some other roses with the discount code.
I haven't got an account with them, but there is a link to see your order status on the email confirmation you got when you ordered.

I also ordered flowers using arenaflowers and i am in the same situation as yourself. I think we have been screwed over. I have very little doubt that our other halves will receive the flowers today as it appears the consignment on 13/02/13 at 21:09 says 'Shipment details received, awaiting receipt of the parcel' I probably think DPD turned up to collect the flowers and couldnt fit them all in the van, so areaflowers have just stuck us on the next delivery instead, which would be the 15th. what a shame. 2nd time i have been let down on valentines day with flowers. Im going to have to head over to a supermarket at lunch to see what flowers they have left and fork out AGAIN for flowers

I've just been on the arena flowers site and my delivery date has now changed to 15th February!!! What a joke ordering a valentines bouquet that is now going to arrive a day late. Tried calling the number on the website and I am just given an automated message saying they are unable to answer any calls. Whats going on???
