    I have ordered the Amze box as mentioned for 2.99 and have not received it today so I will be in big trouble.:(

    I tried to ring but no answer!!! I checked and they have taken the money I have not received any communications from them so not sure how to track??

    Any advice or tips please !!
  • hmmm, i wish i did order the £12 roses. I ordered a bunch of flowers from their valentines selection and it highly sounds like I will be let down. oh well, at least she will get flowers tomorrow, if that helps at all in anyway or form? :s It sounds like the valentines offer which MSE offered appears to have effected their entire delivery. Not much we can do now, i hope some peoples flowers turn up at least!!

    Arena Flowers have been in touch this morning to say its had serious issues with supplies and bunches may not arrive today. We've just updated our Valentine's Day note with the below update...
    MSE update 11.15am Thu 14 Feb: Flower supplier Arena (who sold the 500 £12 bunches and £19.99 bunches with the code MSEArena) has had serious issues with its supplier and unfortunately tells us the roses will not be delivered today.
    We've been in touch with the Chief exec, who has apologised and confirmed everyone who ordered the discounted bunches will get 24 red roses delivered tomorrow. But if you're unhappy and want a FULL REFUND, email [EMAIL="customer@arenaflowers.com"]customer@arenaflowers.com[/EMAIL] with 'Cancel' in the subject line. The Arena phone lines are currently down, so it's best to email.

    Thanks for the update Deborah, so people who have ordered 12 roses will now get 24 but a day later than promised.
    While that's a nice gesture, I actually ordered and paid for 24 roses to be delivered today, so what compensation will I get?
    A bouquet of 36 red roses will go some way to compensating the look on my wife's face when she gets home from work empty handed ! :(

    We will deliver your order on Friday instead and you will receive 24 red roses rather than a dozen. I am truly sorry and realise that this is a great disappointment on this special day of the year. If you are not satisfied with this and would like to cancel your order, we totally understand and if you reply to this email with cancel in the subject line, we will issue a full refund.
    At Arena Flowers we pride ourselves on delivering the best fresh flowers on time every time and I am sincerely sorry that we have not been able to do so on this occasion.

    Oh well - guess you do get what you pay for. Definitely will skip Arena Flowers. How hard can it be!?

  • just checked on the website and its showing as 15/2/13, absolutely devastated.
    such a let down, its useless getting 24 roses the day after, last time i ever use this company.
    how do we go about getting a refund? phone lines down too :mad:
