We've been in touch with Arena this morning and I've just posted this update on our Valentine's page...

MSE update 11.15am Thu 14 Feb: Flower supplier Arena (who sold the 500 £12 bunches and £19.99 bunches with the code MSEArena) has had serious issues with its supplier and unfortunately tells us the roses will not be delivered today.

We've been in touch with the Chief exec, who has apologised and confirmed everyone who ordered the discounted bunches will get 24 red roses delivered tomorrow. But if you're unhappy and want a FULL REFUND, email customer@arenaflowers.com with 'Cancel' in the subject line. The Arena phone lines are currently down, so it's best to email.

So everyone who ordered will get 24 roses delivered tomorrow, or you can request a full refund.

I would rather have 24 roses tomorrow than a refund. Just in case my lover is reading this, lol.

(I don't have a lover really and have already had my present from my husband. But as a married lady I would be very happy with (the extra) flowers tomorrow).

Could they not have let us know earlier of this issue? I find it poor from their side that they have not told the customers directly and only find out whats going on via this site.
Very unprofessional from what I see. I will not be using their service again that's for sure and now look like an idiot getting flowers sent a day late.
