  • I have als ordered an Amze Box using the MSE discount and havent received anything. The only thing i received was the order acknowledgement with a link to track my oder which doesnt work.
    Tried calling but no answer - what next?

    Yep ive just had the email too although it went straight to my junk folder so best that you check there if you are waiting on an email!

    Not happy either although id ordered the flowers for my mum as she has done absolutely loads for me the last year whilst ive been bad with my back so they were a surprise anyway. 24 Roses tomorrow is fine for me, but it is poor for those who were relying on them being received today

    Looking for holiday ideas for 2016. Currently, Isle of Skye in March, Riga in May, Crete in June and Lake District in October. August cruise cancelled, but Baby due September 2016! :j

  • I successfully ordered with the £12 deal last week... But have just had the email saying the flowers wont be delivered today, and will delivered tomorrow instead. Not good enough!

    So now I'm going to look like the rest of the blokes who have left it last minute to try and sniff out a decent looking bunch of flowers!

    I know things happen outside things that can be controlled but how disappointing today of all days for the site to be let down by suppliers and for customers to be let down with orders :( one flower today means more than 24 tomorrow.

    I used your code, MSEArena, but i used it for 2 dozen roses and chocolates. I have received the generic email that they have sent to everyone. well offering 2 dozen for the price of one, is fine, but as this is a lower equivalent of what i have already ordered I was wondering where i stand. they are not responding to emails and the phones are 'down' so i was wondering if you could contact them on my behalf and ask them for a response, you have my email from my registration it would be much appreciated.

  • I just had an email to say that my flowers order will not be arriving for my wife today and I order at the minute the link went live !!!! So annoyed as I always buy fresh flowers for my wife and never misses a valentines day. Im annoyed at myself for being drawn into the email as I trust the MSE advise but this has failed me massively not happy at all. whats worse is I tried to ring to get an update and there is just a message what a poor poor service and I think MSE should never promote there services or they will loose peoples trust.
