    Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker
    I have today received a refund. I only ordered two Amazeboxes @ £2.99 and received only one, despite being assured both had been sent. Today I have a refund for both boxes, so I'm happy. I keep my fingers crossed that you all start to receive your refunds too, whether the amount be low or high. xxx:T

  • I have had 2 emails from CS both asking if I want flowers or a refund. I have replied with "i'll have flowers AND a refund please!" what a bunch of clowns.

    Why are they suprised people are !!!!ed off!? They have had people's money for at least 7 days now. they claim it's a "fraction" of people but how can they still be dealing with it all?! as far as I can see it's a case of look what the customer wants refund or flowers. and then action it.... what's so hard about that?!

    I am on day 7 now with no flowers and no refund.

    I ordered flowers and nothing showed up. I only just got round to emailing my complaint this morning as I've been away and got a response at lunchtime saying that a refund was being processed. I was surprised it was that fast given the comments here so perhaps tis not so bad now.

    Cash not back on my account yet - does anyone know how long it takes to process a credit card refund?

    I saw this on their Facebook:-
    " Just a reminder, please send just one email to CS and let them respond. Sending multiple emails slows the whole process down for everyone and makes it take longer for us to help customer (one particularly inconsiderate person sent 212 email today!). If you have not had a response after two days, please send a reminder email. Most of the backlog is now cleared so you should be receiving responses in good time."

    212 emails that's a bit mental!

    As Arena are spending more time throwing staff resources at planting glowing reviews of their business than actually solving this issue, they have pretty squarely set their business back by a substantial degree.
    They live and die by their systems and they have spectacularly failed. Perhaps they could also make up a reason as to why additional emails would either slow the process or change a complainers ranking on that system, unless they chose to configure the system in that way.
    A terrible response to forseeable (yes, real businesses plan) issues that Arena have lied and twisted their way out of.
