    Hi

Both of my pair were like this! It does lessen with age! my oldest especially was a complete nightmare, she wouldnt even go to sleep unless I was holding her!
Things that helped me cope at the age yours were
    1. Trees. She was absolutely fascinated sitting under a tree in a light breeze so any opportunity we packed up and got out!
    2. Letting her be involved. If i was doing the washing id sit her in the basket with pegs, if dusting id give her a mini duster, yes shed probably chew it but it kept her amused.
    3. A treasure box, I kept interesting things such as a wooden sppon, feathers, velvet fabric etc.. anything with a bit of texture . this was kept out of her way and If I needed to Do something id let her use it.
    4. Music, She loved music and especially music videos on TV calmed her down.

You will find your own way of coping but it does sound like you need a breakif at all possible.

have you been on https://www.netmums.com, they offer fantastic advice on their coffee house and theres local info on there as well.

    best wishes

    Claire
