Tuesday ~ Kitchen and Dining Mess
Level One
Sweep, vacuum and mop floors
Declutter and wipe worksurfaces
Level Two
Wipe table replacing cloth if necessary.. I want to see pretty tables piles of mail and pens and goodness knows what else has to go!
Clear out a cupboard.. The one with baking supplies or the one with pans and plastic boxes.. GO!! Or you could, if you have one, clear the pantry!
Wipe and replace small appliances.. Clean one thoroughly!
Sort fridge bringing what needs using soon to the front, clean out any spills or grots in there!
Level Three
Wipe units and large appliances.. don't forget kickboards!
Wipe the insides of all the cupboard doors!
clean windows.

Extra Mission - Choose one or more of:

• HHI .. bit of a catch up!!
• Empty the cutlery drawer.. clean it out, wash the cutlery tray, chuck those baby spoons you don't use any more.. how many medicine spoons do you actually need? get rid of everything you don't use and make the drawer look nice again!
• Throw out those bacteria breeding chipped mugs and plates etc
• Wash the brushes, mops, dustpans etc.. how gross do these get?

The things left are items that either I can't do or are not valid (ie don't have a kitchen or dining room table!)

right written down whats left on my jobs lists and going to go and do what i can off it as DS2 is itching to get on the puter.

probs wont be in tomorrow as ive got a refresher course on using stitcking plasters and wet wipes so ill hopefully be back thursday afternoon and then be trying to catch everyone up on the flying

While you're doing your HHClearance I'll do a HHChallenge to get this VIP out of my pending tray at last - there's more, though, where it came from.

DH has just announced that he will be at home next week as he has leave to use up :eek: I hope he uses some of the time to finish clearing the garage

Dinner is in oven, so no more excuses not to get back to dealing with this frog.

Lots of flying today ladies - well done to one and all.

Wet snow has arrived here, don't think it will settle. Time to feed mogs and then boys. After dinner I'm doing HH filing and then calling it a day - pleased with how much I've achieved.

Didn't get a chance to report in yesterday but here is my update for today:

Monday Madness- Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
Level Two
Clear any clutter from desk
Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!!
Wipe keyboard, house phone, sockets, switches and mouse etc
Level Three
Wash your bathroom mats, nets, clean blind/curtains etc
Wipe down tiles in bathroom.. defragment your pc while doing this.
Clean shower screen/curtain if you have one/if required


Extra mission: Pick whichever you want to attempt:

• Wipe the skirtings, door and window frames in these rooms
• Wipe down the doors and frames in these rooms.
• clean the radiators in these rooms

Tonight I really must do some ironing so as long as I do that, finish the last lot of laundry and finish todays level 2's I will be pleased. This is the most on task I have been for a while

Organise any cookery books.. Dusted, destickified and placed back tidily!
Dejunk window sills and clean windows.

• Write an inventory of your cupboards contents and what needs using first
• Empty the cutlery drawer.. clean it out, wash the cutlery tray, chuck those baby spoons you don't use any more.. how many medicine spoons do you actually need? get rid of everything you don't use and make the drawer look nice again!
• Wash/replace any scanky dishclothes/sponges etc
• Throw out those bacteria breeding chipped mugs and plates etc
• Wash the brushes, mops, dustpans etc.. how gross do these get?

Please can we keep a candle alight for LL so that she doesn't suffer too much and can keep on fighting.

Going to make tea now and put WM on - Soggy school uniform DS got soaked walking home from school.

My HHChallenge has stretched a bit, though in the meantime I have also dealt with veg and pudding!

I did really well up until I noticed the electric van going up the lane opposite and remembering that they were knocking off the leccy between 10 and 3, so quickly filled the kettle and made flasks of water and swished recycle bins and kitchen bin with bleach. Bossy - I think you do an amazing job everyday and I'm pleased to read that today has been manageable for you all. You have wonderful support from your in-laws and I wish you all a pleasant evening. Light a candle and raise a glass to your beloved OH xx
