Well done and thanks for the company! I've a bit more to do on the kitchen; the hot spot on which I emptied handbag in a glasses-searching frenzy on Sun is next. Then I'll deserve a coffee.

So easy to get sidetracked - on de-cluttering stuff from the kitchen which lives in the conservatory, I noticed conservatory plants needed water so did them. Then thought, while I'm at it I'll water lounge plants.......

Come home in a blizzard! Thought I'd have a hhc so started at the door Nd worked my way up:

    Put bins away
Emptied my lunchbag and put lappy bag in room
Put shoes away and got towel out for when kids get home
    Collected dry stuff from radiators.
    Checked slowcooker (mmm)
    Put fire on (brr)
Took clothes upstairs gathering as I went, put away
Shut all curtains, getting dark already thanks to weather, and will keep warmth in
Got kids clothes out for tomorrow
Made up bed in case inlaws stay (usually do tue)
Grabbed kids pjs to take downstairs
    Flung dirty clothes down
Back downstairs to put a wash on
Logged back on for a business email that still hasn't arrived

DS is with inlaws at swimming lesson, they are picking up DD on way home. Time to put kettle on I think.

Feeling much better as day wears on, which is a good sign. A year ago it would knock me off-kilter for a few days. Now it's a few hours. That's progress, isn't it?

Bossy Reading your posts over the past few days, a thought keeps nudging it's way into my brain. Working on the basis that it won't go away, I'm going to give it air. Please forgive me if it's intrusive.

A little while ago you mentioned that you wanted to cut down on some medication you'd been taking since September. I've tried various different happy pills at various different points in my life and the one thing I now know that is true for me is that when I'm feeling so much better and decide I don't need them any more - part of the feeling of feeling better is because of the happy pills and my subsequent reaction to cutting down or stopping them has been a bit frightening. I know today is a difficult and DS's reaction must have come as a shock yesterday (well spotted Valli). If you did cut down as planned, it may have made today's emotions a little more raw.

    ((Hugs.))
    Better is good enough.

    OH MY WORD!!!!

My room is a pit and a half.. how can I moan at the children when mine is as bad, if not worse?!

I have 8 boxes for the loft now and another binbag for the bin.. I have a box to sell/CS/recycle and 1 box of miscellaneous gibble which is going in the bin if I cannot find it a home.

On a plus note I have got OH's side of the bed into a much better state.. now my side looks disgusting.. just having a break before I crawled into the bed! I found the tiny box of maternity stuff which has mostly gone in the recycle pile and the next size up for Dot.. I have a couple of bits I'll keep for now but most was covered in paint from my insane decorating sprees (I have another spree planned for easter :p only 2 very small rooms though so not too bad.. unless I get carried away and do the front room too!)

I have hung a mirror which has been sitting on my bedroom radiator for 3 years!!! I have 2 more in there I am going to sort shortly but I need the drill out.. I've had those 6 years!!! and the one I got for my room also 3 years ago is going up this week.. OH doesn't know that yet though :p My room has heat now the radiator is exposed.. I forgot I had painted it that colour!

Right.. last one for today I think because I am exhausted.. 4:45-5:15 HHC???
