Ketone premium taken over £100 with no product! HELP!

  • I stupidly signed up up on 12th February and have been in correspondence since. I feel e-mailing them just elicits a response from a poorly paid Indian who follows terms and conditions and knows nothing but what they are told.
    I intimated cancellation within 7 day of receipt of the product as this apparently gives cover under Distance Sales Regulations Act 2000.
    I have since returned the goods to a Box No in Shannon Eire.
    I spoke with CAB today and they advise sending a Registered letter to the only address I have advising cancellation has been made under the DSR and any further products received will be considered gratuitous and a gift unless collected within 10 days. also to give them 14 days to confirm all contracts are cancelled. Not sure about this last bit.
    Hopefully Tesco bank will protect me and use charge back for any fees put through. I am checking my statement daily.
    Has anyone had any hassle since stopping payments.:(

    What is this box number in Eire?! Pulling my hair out as want to register return of samples that turned up after complaining of non receipt ....

    P O Box 113, Shannon, Co Clare, Ireland. I had to ask for it.
    Sending to a PO box costs more surprise surprise. cost me nearly £13.
    I have sent them an e-mail stating goods returned, cancelled within regulation times and said no more correspondencewill be entered into. Credit Card Co have Charge Back in place and hopefully nothing more will come through. Tester is day 30 which is 14th March. if anything comes through card will be cancelled. Also registered with Consumer Advice website and they have advised trading standards.
    I answered their advert after seeing a quote from a Channel 4 reporter praising the product which of course was par tof the scam.

    I have just registered for this free trial with cleanse premium but when I got no email I panicked completely.

    What do I do next? I've been on to them and cancelled trial, is there any point sending he goods back to them if they still try and scam me?

    Most importantly - can I cancel my card to stop this payment?

    Check spam/junk for email.

    You have cancelled end of. Goods sent after tough. Their loss.

    Check #56. Stopping your card is not going to stop them from debiting.

    Your saying I have cancelled end of, but what if they start taking money out of my account, it is not as simple as saying 'tough' then is it??

    I need advice here.

    Call your bank, advise them you think you've been scammed, ask them to stop payments to the company.

    From your 1st post.....

    That is all you need to do.
    Then contact your bank/card provider advise them of the situation (they will be well aware of co)

    Not being funny but....
